The Crown Estate first experienced theWholeStory through one of our interactive taster workshops, where they quickly saw the value we could bring. They had identified a need to improve how leaders communicated change—with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact—and were seeking expert support to build storytelling capability across their leadership community.
Middle
As part of an away day for 65 senior leaders, including the CEO, we designed and delivered a 2.5-hour storytelling masterclass. The session equipped them with practical storytelling tools to shape and deliver presentations about upcoming changes, designed to inspire, connect and mobilise their teams. We focused on sharpening purpose, connecting to audience needs and building confidence to communicate with authenticity and clarity. Leaders left with not just a message, but a way to make it engaging, memorable and proactive.
End
The workshop gave leaders space to craft, share, and refine their own stories in real-time, embedding the learning and ensuring immediate relevance. It also helped them distill and translate key messages from earlier parts of the day, making sure important content would ripple across the wider organisation.
Due to its success, Sharing the Message, our flagship 1-day workshop, is now delivered quarterly across the organisation. The Crown Estate has also brought us in to design and facilitate tailored away days, and to help create and record best practice and team success stories through an internal podcast. Our practical, high-trust approach has become a go-to for unlocking clarity, confidence and connection across the business.
