How we do it.

All our training, workshops, coaching and facilitation are tailored to fit your desired outcomes, timescales and budget. We are happy to travel to you, to deliver the work at a venue of your choice or we can deliver our work virtually.

Workshops and Training.

Our workshops and training are highly participatory, active and fun whether to upskill in communication and leadership skills, to collaboratively investigate strategies and changes, to create and deliver visitor engagement, interaction and experience or to facilitate consultations and stakeholder engagement.

    We recognise that learning and development will often be different for each person, and encourage individuals to define what they each want to gain or improve on while keeping in mind the overall objective of the workshop.

    We create an informal but focused, energetic and safe working environment, where participants can be successfully challenged to work beyond their comfort zone.

Online and Virtual.

Video conferencing and virtual interactive platforms allow us to deliver much of our offer online. Everything - from a 3 part workshop to create unforgettable presentations, to a 30-minute engaging talk at your virtual conferences, to bespoke coaching - is possible.

  • …if you have colleagues and participants working across multiple sites or from home, and will open up the option for training otherwise not possible. 

    While we love working with people in a room, we have been pleased by the unexpected learning benefits gained from delivering our workshops online.

    We make sessions as interactive as possible, so there is us talking, explaining and instructing, Q and A’s, conversations and discussions between participants, on screen interaction, individual thinking and practical work in pairs and groups in virtual break out rooms. 

    By keeping the sessions varied we avoid too much screen-glaze and include short breaks throughout and are mindful of how everyone is doing.

Coaching.

Whether you are preparing a crucial presentation that needs to rapidly win over hearts and minds; needing to ‘control’ difficult or uncomfortable conversations with colleagues or stakeholders; pitching yourself at an interview; wishing to lead with conviction or gain a deeper understanding of a subject, we have the coach for you.

    Typical sessions are two hours, and their duration and quantity can be adapted to fit around you.

Conferences and Away Days.

Would your conference benefit from an inspiring talk, some interactive break-out sessions, 1-2-1 surgeries over the tea/meal breaks, or a combination of the above?
