Book for our Taster Workshop:
Online Presence and Impact.
How your leaders show up on screen matters more than ever.
12:30 - 1:30 25 June 2026. On Zoom.
A practical, interactive session focused on how leaders show up on camera and how small, intentional adjustments in voice, body and environment can significantly change how they are experienced.
In virtual settings, communication is filtered through a screen. This session explores how to work with that constraint, using framing, voice and physical presence to communicate with clarity, credibility and impact.
Alongside this, we address the very real, human challenge of working online: it is often harder to feel like yourself, harder to read others and harder to create genuine connection. This session helps leaders recognise those challenges and develop practical ways to stay natural, present, and connected.
This sample of a longer workshop offers a practical introduction to the physical and vocal skills that underpin effective leadership communication in virtual environments.

Why it matters in business:
In hybrid and remote settings, leadership is often experienced through a screen.
Small shifts in voice, eyeline and physical stillness significantly affect perceived credibility, engagement and authority.
At the same time, the lack of physical in-person presence can make communication feel flatter and more effortful, requiring leaders to be more intentional in how they show up to maintain connection and trust.
