Corpra Leadership Programme
Stories for Personal Impact

Situation:
Corpra are a market leader in helping organisations improve performance, to restructure and grow. They have a rolling 12-month programme designed specifically for senior executives. It is practical, flexible and tailored to help them hone their leadership abilities. Corpra felt that our approach to personal impact was just what their Leaders required to help them best communicate who they were honestly and engagingly.

Solution:
We led the group of 6 through a half-day workshop that taught them a process whereby they could share a little of who they were, as well as this year’s achievements at their next board meeting.

Results:
By the end of the session they all spoke with warmth and precision, but without notes or powerpoint. They gained a better understanding of their achievements, how they got there, who they effected and how to move forward. The process gave them a way to structure their presentation, how to involve the audience, and most importantly of all, how to keep it brief, pertinent and interesting.
