Situation:
Arts & Business went through a difficult and painful reorganisation process, following the changes in how they were funded by the Arts Council of England. A&B South East were looking for ways to both increase morale and team spirit within their office, whilst offering a workshop that would help plan for the future whilst being both fun and creative.

Solution:
Following our very positive relationship with A&B’s head office, the South East team approached us to see what we could offer. We devised a ½ day workshop that would empower the team to see beyond the difficulties they were currently experiencing and each create a personal future story for were they would like A&B SE to be in 3 years time. The creation of these stories taught a process that could be applied, by the participants, to future problem solving and the preparation of presentations.

Results:
The team found the process enormously helpful and through the stories discovered changes they could each implement that would improve both the way they worked and their working environment. We were subsequently introduced by A&B SE to AXA PPP for whom we undertook a major project as part of their 70th anniversary celebration.
