Creative Training: Stories to communicate who your organisation is.

Situation:
Samsung, Korea were interested in developing a creative training programme. They contacted Arts & Business to help them gain a greater understanding of what creative training was, as well as what the benefits might be to their business. Samsung wanted to create a film for their in-house television channel championing the benefits of creative training as used in London.

Solution:
Arts & Business saw this as a great opportunity to further the CPD of some of their employees, by having them take part in an afternoon of training by TheWholeStory. A&B commissioned us, as one of their preferred creative trainers, to create a workshop that would help their staff describe who A&B is to its differing audiences and clients. We lead a workshop that explored the characters that benefited from the work of A&B, and through their stories defined the organisation, its staff and clients.

Results:
The Samsung team returned to Korea with a much greater understanding of both the benefits of creative training methods and the work of A&B and TheWholeStory. A&B staff were delighted with their improved ability to communicate their identity and work. It was also a great opportunity for them to take part in creative training, which they actively champion to business.

"My class are more united and confident when speaking. They now have a ‘yes we can’ attitude; always happy to help each other.
It was great to see the enjoyment of learning."
