Values and Visions
Storytelling provides an excellent process with which stakeholders, staff and volunteers can identify relevant connections to your organisation’s values and so recognise real benefits and uses.
TheWholeStory facilitates an understanding of why values and visions are important and how they affect employees, clients or stakeholders. With storytelling you can express and embody values and visions in a manner that encompasses who the organisation is and what it does.
Our practical and dynamic process identifies the stories an organisation influences or is part of - its connection to the world, to people’s lives and to that of its employees and stakeholders.
Our Value and Vision work has been used in a week long facilitation and collection of stories to re-launch the values of an international business, by conference delegates to imagine how their organisation’s visions will affect clients and also as part of an away day to enhance a sense of identity, community and shared values.
