Our days out offer an opportunity to leave the stresses of the office behind for fun and stimulating professional development. In consultation with you, we will carefully design a session to suit your group. The day will be structured to ensure fun is had by all, making the learning memorable.
Internal Consultation, Meetings and Communication.
Practical and useful exercises, techniques and games to enhance your charity, department, group or team’s ability to understand your organisation and their role within it, so as to be able to communicate as an effective group. Workshops encourage collaboration and teamwork, proactive decision-making, the appreciation and use of each individual’s assets and skills, and constructive feedback. The training offers tools, which are easily applied to break unhelpful patterns and reinvigorate energies, behaviours and attitudes
Conferences and Events.
Our storytelling and theatre based workshops, icebreakers and post lunch energisers are effective means to visualise, explore and understand the themes of your events. Our participatory activities, breakout workshops and brainstorming sessions will compliment and reinforce the overall conference and ensure a creative, memorable and innovative day.
