Situation:
Corpra are a market leader in helping organisations improve performance, to restructure and grow. They have been working with the board of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and were looking for a 90-minute self presentation and positive impact workshop as part of a weekend residential course.
Solution:
We developed a session that would help the board talk with warmth, wit and honesty by describing an autobiographical event that helped describe who they were. The process driven workshop helped them to see the benefit of sharing personal information about themselves, to build trust and rapport with clients and employees, as well as encouraging both positive and constructive feedback throughout.
Results:
Pushing all participants beyond their usual comfort zones and the frequent peer feedbacking, helped set the scene prior to other sessions within their Residential, requiring self and group evaluation.
Corpra were delighted with our work and invited us to deliver work as part of their Leadership Programme.
