Creative Training: Stories to communicate who your organisation is.

Situation:
Samsung, Korea were interested in developing a creative training programme. They contacted Arts & Business to help them gain a greater understanding of what creative training was, as well as what the benefits might be to their business. Samsung wanted to create a film for their in-house television channel championing the benefits of creative training as used in London.

Solution:
Arts & Business saw this as a great opportunity to further the CPD of some of their employees, by having them take part in an afternoon of training by TheWholeStory. A&B commissioned us, as one of their preferred creative trainers, to create a workshop that would help their staff describe who A&B is to its differing audiences and clients. We lead a workshop that explored the characters that benefited from the work of A&B, and through their stories defined the organisation, its staff and clients.

Results:
The Samsung team returned to Korea with a much greater understanding of both the benefits of creative training methods and the work of A&B and TheWholeStory. A&B staff were delighted with their improved ability to communicate their identity and work. It was also a great opportunity for them to take part in creative training, which they actively champion to business.

“TheWholeStory have been an absolute joy to work with. They quickly understand the needs of a business and deliver high quality creative solutions drawing on their expert communication skills. Work with them once and your ideas about what could be possible will quickly grow. Work with them twice and your ideas will change forever.”
